  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they are sold.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product

👉 Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Order details

After verification, we may provide a replacement (if applicable).


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable for successfully delivered products.
  • Refunds will only be considered if:
    • The product is unavailable after payment
    • The order is cancelled by us

👉 Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • If cancellation is requested before processing, we will review and confirm accordingly.
